Hey, how did you get the command and shift icons in the screenshot ?

Character Palette.
Select "All Characters" from the "View" drop down at the top left corner of the Character Palette.
Then make sure you have "by Category" tab selected.
From the "Symbols" group select "Technical Symbols". You'll find symbols for Command and Alt here (Unicode code points: 2318 (Command) and 2325 (Alt))
The symbol for the Shift key is found under the "Arrows" group. Look for code point 21E7.
Not used here, but might be handy to know that the Apple () symbol can be typed using Shift+Alt+K.
